I forgot to post this in December….ooops!
I haven’t blogged the past six sessions as I’m working hard to get everyone their pictures quickly but I couldn’t pass up this newborn. I had to post hers and will hopefully go back and blog everyone that I’ve missed.
This was such a fun session! Not only did I get to take pictures of this beautiful, sweet baby girl, but it was great fun hanging out with her Mom and Aunt too! Mom and her sister were in the same sorority at the same college as me, but at different times. Even though I had not gotten to meet them before, it was so fun talking about all of our mutual friends!

Meet sweet and spunky Adelyn (and mom and dad)! Isn’t she adorable?! It was 35 degrees that day but Mom, Dad, and their helpful neighbor kept warm jumping around putting on a show to get these sweet smiles!

These sweet kiddos went to preschool with my kids, so I have known them for a while. They are always so well-behaved and Dad was super helpful getting everyone in place. What I really loved about this session was how Mom dressed each kiddo in a way that matches with their personality, but then it all coordinated together. So awesome!

This wonderful family has been a favorite client since I first started my business. One of the special blessings of my job is watching these sweet kids grow and change each year. I am so thankful for sweet families like this that come back year after year!

I just love making new friends! This is my first time to photograph this sweet family. Their oldest son is a friend of Jackson’s from school. It has been great getting to know Mom this year. One of the great things about new clients is that they still fall for my tricks! I had so much fun making these boys laugh with all my silly tricks and jokes!

Here is another one of my precious Watch Me Grow graduates. I cannot believe he is a year old already! Poor little guy was so hot at his 6 month session; it must have been 100 degrees. This session we were freezing, but he seemed to love the cool weather. Oh, and how much do we love his little curls?!

I’ve known this family for quite some time. Mom was a photographer in her previous life. She now has a marketing communications firm. I photographed the staff pictures for their website last year. She is doing amazing things and has some amazing clients. I am very proud of all that she has accomplished! O’Quinn family, it was a joy to work with you again!!!!

This beautiful couple is friends of my sister and brother-in-law. They are Jody and Jodi. As you can imagine that gets a little confusing, so we call them “Jodi girl” and “Jody boy.” We just love them and their awesome dogs. These dogs are so well-behaved! I said “Go get in my truck,” and they went right away, even though Jody’s truck was right beside mine. Jody boy made my day at the end of the session when he said he would never go to another photographer, only me!
